Women Weep As Pat Rafter Threatens To Quit Modelling

He makes women swoon everywhere, but Pat Rafter has decided he is too old to continue posing in his undies for Bonds Underwear.

As he approaches his 40th birthday on December 28th, Rafter has been hit with a bit of body insecurity, despite being the envy of much younger men. 

"Nobody wants to see a 40-year-old getting around in his undies so those days are probably behind me," he said. "It is a bit scary. The older you get, you still think you are in your 20s sometimes." 

Rafter said he had to work extra hard to get in shape for the most recent Bonds campaign, shot just one month ago. "You get a bit heavier as you get older, you fill out a bit more."

Despite his insistence modelling is a game he's now too old for, there's no doubt women everywhere will sigh if the Aussie hunk follows through on his thoughts.

Judging by these recent pics, we urge Rafter to stay modelling for a bit longer!
