We got a chance to catch up with Melanie Oudin prior to her WTT match for the Boston Lobsters, and she did our OnTheGoTennis Quick Q & A. Here is what she had to say:
Q. What was your best memory on court?
My run to the quarterfinals at the US Open.
Q. What is your biggest pet peeve?
It's not tennis related but whenever I get food and it's something I
really want to eat and someone takes a bite out of it before me, it
really, really bothers me.
Q. Is it a cooties thing?
No, not that. I don't know. [Laughs]
Q. What are your nicknames?
Mel, Mo, Houdini, there are some really, really weird ones.
Q. What is your favorite city?
Favorite city is probably Atlanta, where I'm from. I think it's the best place.
