Quick Q & A With Igor Andreev

Q. What your greatest moment on the tennis court thus far?

Igor:  I think it’s winning home tournament in Moscow was one of the most exciting moments in my career - for the moment.

Q. What is your biggest passion outside of tennis?

Igor:  Well I like different sports, I like, uh, ice hockey - I like to watch, I like to play.  I like soccer, I like go fishing, working in the garden.

Q. Working in the garden?

Igor:  Yes!  Got the lawn, planting trees, I have many things to do but I like it.

Q. Who is your favorite soccer team?

Igor:  Dynamo Moscow, not to be confused with Dynamo Kyiv.

OTGT:  I’ll make sure to get it right.

Igor:  Yes,  Dynamo Moscow.

Q. What the thing that most annoys you?

Igor:  When people scream.  Screaming and shouting and very loud.

Q. Like on the court?

Igor:  No, you are [asking] off-court questions so off court, and on court obviously as well.  If somebody is too loud I don’t like it.

Q. If there was a fire and you could only save one thing, not a person, what would it be?

Igor:  Depends what I have with me.

OTGT:  If you were at your home.

Igor:  Um, I’ll take money.  (laughter)

Q. If you could have one superhero ability, what would it be?

Be invisible.
